What You Will Lead & Build

• Develop and maintain our reusable enterprise design system and component specifications.
• Engineer zero-jank real-time interfaces with WebSockets, optimistic updates, and offline sync.
• Enforce 100% WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility and top-tier Core Web Vitals across all product surfaces.
• Collaborate closely with product designers to translate Figma specs into high-performance code.

What We Look For

• 5+ years of modern frontend experience with Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Deep mastery of CSS architecture, design tokens, and layout mathematics.
• Uncompromising attention to typographic details, micro-interactions, and accessibility standards.
• Experience building mission-critical SaaS dashboards or developer tools.
