What You Will Lead & Build

• Coordinate asynchronous engineering workflows, sprint planning, and architectural roadmaps across global distributed teams.
• Act as the primary operational interface between client executive stakeholders, product owners, and technical leads.
• Drive project delivery velocity, unblock engineering bottlenecks, and enforce rigorous QA and release verification standards.
• Establish operational KPIs, resource allocations, and developer experience enhancements for remote engineers.

What We Look For

• 5+ years managing high-performance remote or distributed engineering teams in software consulting or product environments.
• Strong technical literacy with ability to understand system architecture, API contracts, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mastery of modern asynchronous workflows, Linear/Jira issue tracking, GitOps release cycles, and documentation systems.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills with experience managing global executive client relationships.
